Yoga Nidra: A Guided Journey with Joelle Ng

Naam Yoga (map)

Join Joelle Ng in this special guided mediation workshop that is intended to induce a full body relaxation, to enable one to come into a deep meditative state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is a healing practice to reduce insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, pain, and other health issues. This practice uses a mental body scan, mindful breathing, and visualizations that systematically leads you through all levels of your being.

It will work to release the deep rooted tensions and stress trapped in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. The workshop will begin with a lecture on the science behind Yoga Nidra and its profound benefits. The practice will include gentle stretching, restorative postures and will end with a thirty minute guided meditation.
