Get the resources and tools you need to work with this when it happens.  This workshop is an Introduction to the effect of trauma on the mind and body.  Learn why and how to modify yoga to make it more trauma-sensitive and inclusive to all communities.  

This workshop includes 5 hours of lecture & experiential learning, training materials, on-line community for sharing and networking, access to videos and audio for continuing education.  Investment of $150.

Tara Tonini is the Program Director for Exhale to Inhale. She discovered yoga as a means of recovery from a relationship of Domestic Violence.  Through her dedicated practice, yoga provided a way to reduce stress and regain strength and clarity in her daily life.  As Program Director, Tara strives to build a community where survivors and teachers connect to experience the healing art of yoga.
