During this donation-based workshop, Hélène & Maisah will lead an empowering Vinyasa Flow to help your body release stress and tension, making it easier to feel your underlying strength. To finish, they will lead you through a series of restorative poses, that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.
All of this, plus you'll be helping support Exhale to Inhale’s efforts to offer women trauma-sensitive yoga. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
