EXPERIENCE A UNIQUE KIND OF YOGA CLASS
DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR SURVIVORS OF TRAUMA
Join us for this one hour long trauma-informed yoga class. Students will be invited to connect their mind and body through breath and movement. Classes include breathing exercises, yoga poses and guided relaxation.

- These classes are open to both men and women
- Bring your yoga mat (some yoga mats available)
- This is a free class, yet donations to Exhale to Inhale are always welcome!
This class will be taught by Stacey McFadin.
Stacey is a former professional dancer and dance teacher, and draws upon this experience to teach yoga, emphasizing alignment, breath work, and flow. She began her yoga practice in 2008 to restore balance amidst her busy career as an attorney. She loves the freedom of choice and creativity cultivated through ETI’s methodology, and is thrilled to be a part of this organization. Stacey holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
