Alexandria Rae Breznk has completed over 500 hours of training in yoga and integrative yoga therapy. Her teaching style is a rhythmic, alignment-based flow combined with restorative postures and meditation to promote balance in the body. Alex is also an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, utilizing movement, restorative yoga, breath awareness, meditation, essential oils, and Reiki to address symptoms of stress and illness.
Alex has been a volunteer teacher for Exhale to Inhale for years - and we continue to be grateful for her partnership and service!
Proceeds from this class will support Exhale to Inhale, and allow us to bring the healing practice of yoga to women who could most benefit, yet might not otherwise have access.
