Join Exhale to Inhale and April Evans on 10/30/17!
April's relationship to yoga began in 2005 while she was earning her BFA in Acting. Her practice began as a tool for increasing the body's flexibility, strength, focus, and balance. Since then, asana and meditation have begun to affect her mind in all the same ways.
April loves creative sequencing for both the physical and energetic bodies, and incorporates clear themes and intentions into all of her classes. April teaches full time at various studios and gyms all over Manhattan.
While you're feeling good, you'll be doing good! As proceeds from this class will help Exhale to Inhale bring trauma-informed yoga to survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault. We're so grateful to Five Pillars Yoga for their participation in the Move for Meaning Campaign, and their support of the Exhale to Inhale mission.
