Naam Yoga has joined with Exhale to Inhale to provide special donation based community classes every Sunday! Proceeds from these classes will be donated to ETI and will help us bring the healing practice of yoga to survivors who can most benefit from yoga, yet might not otherwise have access.

What is Naam Yoga?
Naam Yoga works with the healing properties of breathwork, sound meditation and dynamic movement to revitalize the body. In this Intro to Naam Yoga class, the instructor will guide you through all aspects of breathing techniques, mantras, healing hand positions (mudras), and standing postures. Naam Yoga has many health benefits, such as improving circulation, detoxifying, reducing stress, increasing positivity, and balancing the nervous system.
Kalpana Kanthan - Kalpana—Sanskrit for imagination—grew up in India and never imagined that she would teach yoga in New York City. A staunch believer in the power of a strong mind-body connection, Kalpana has practiced various forms of bodywork and energy healing, such as Iyengar Yoga, Pranayama, Reiki, Dahn Yoga, and
Pilates, for over 15 years. Naam found her in 2016, bringing her the strength, focus, and faith she needed
to push forward at a crucial juncture in her life.
