Join Exhale to Inhale and Caitlin Casella for Friday Night Savasana Club!
This class combines self-massage, gentle slow flow yoga, breath and meditation to work out the kinks and invite awareness inwards. We'll finish with simple restorative poses and, of course, a long expansive savasana. Enjoy benefits that stay with you through the weekend!
