Class will led by Diana Paschal, and includes a Vinyasa practice followed by a healing Restorative and Yoga Nidra experience. We hope you’ll join us to support this wonderful organization in sharing the healing practices of yoga.
Diana Paschal is a New York City based yoga and meditation teacher. Diana comes from a background practicing and teaching movement modalities including gymnastics, cheerleading, theater and dance, before she found peace and her calling through yoga. Diana leads a balanced yoga practice to develop self-awareness and self-mastery, to enhance peace, connection, compassion, and freedom. Her classes, a blend of yoga styles, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Katonah, are accessible and emphasize proper alignment and awareness of the breath. She continues to partner with non-profits, wellness and social impact companies to make yoga available to diverse populations. Diana loves handstands, holistic health tools and is always experimenting in the kitchen.
