On August 20th, join Exhale to Inhale Instructor Nicole Dodich
Nicole Dodich began practicing yoga in high school, but stopped for several years due to a sensitive knee injury. When given the okay by her doctor to resume yoga post surgery, Nicole returned to her practice with renewed vigor and a deep longing to learn more about the philosophic and spiritual components. She completed her RYT-200 certification at ISHTA Yoga in the summer of 2016. She is currently a graduate student at the Columbia School of Social Work in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program, a specialized training program for psychotherapy that integrates mindfulness and emotional self-regulation into the treatment experience. Nicole is eager to bring the benefits of balance, independence, and self-knowledge to others through movement and breath.
