Yatri- Yoga for Emotional Healing™ begins with understanding how our thought patterns and emotions affect our mental and physical well-being. Through Yatri, we move through kleshas, a Sanskrit word meaning “mind poisons.” Antidotes for anger, anxiety, attachment, depression, loneliness and fear are taught through practices rooted in Indian and Tibetan Yoga.
Yatri is a holistic program based on 12 foundational principles, which are practiced together to experience a peace that is lasting and a happiness that is stable and sustainable. In this three-day training, expect creative sequencing inspired by yoga asana and Indian dance, transformative meditations rooted in Tibetan and Indian Yoga, communication exercises blending modern psychotherapies and eastern philosophy, and teachings focused on conquering kleshas.
20 hour YA Certified Training, CE Credits May Be Applied
