Naam has joined with Exhale to Inhale to provide special donation based community classes every Sunday evening. Proceeds from these community classes will be donated to Exhale to Inhale and will help us bring the healing and grounding practice of yoga to women who can most benefit, but wouldn't otherwise have access.
Every class will be lead by a guest teacher from our community. Guest teachers come from diverse backgrounds and approach class with their own unique style and philosophy.

I’m dedicated to providing a safe environment in which my client and students can connect to their own creativity and finding their own edge in a soothing and light-hearted, yet grounded Vinyasa/Hatha flow with focus on the breath and energetic alignment.
