This class begins with vinyasa flow yoga sequences to help link breath and movement, followed by more restorative and slower-paced movement, ending with a sweet savasana accompanied by reiki energy healing and essential oils.
Nikita says: Dealing with anxiety and depression as a teenager, yoga changed and ultimately saved my life. It gave me a safe space to explore my body, while also allowing me to get out of my head. This inspired me to complete my 200-hour training and spread the healing power of yoga to others. My goal is to give my students a safe space to explore themselves and make room for self discovery and transformation.
