Join Elle Renaldo & Liz Levine on Saturday 4/28 from 12:30-1:45pm
The amazing women & teachers over at Satya Yoga (now known as Rhinebeck Yoga Center) are so graciously teaching another ETI benefit class this April in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Rhinebeck resident Elle has loved and practiced yoga for years. Deepening her commitment, she completed her 200-hour training and is continuing her education with Sondra Loring, Liz Levine, and Sarah Willis. Elle’s yoga journey sparked a total life shift, where she realized change in oneself is always possible. Rooted in Vinyasa style, her classes encourage reflection, self-discovery, and inner radiance. Her background in teaching and approachability invite practitioners of all levels to participate. She is honored to be teaching at Satya, the studio that has inspired her in so many ways, and is eager to share all that she learns.
Liz has practiced yoga for over thirty years, beginning in the early eighties when her mom opened a yoga/aerobics studio on Long Island. As a runner and student she realized early on that yoga was the perfect path for her. She is grateful for the fabulous teachers who have guided her deeper into the practice: Beryl Bender Birch, Thom Birch, Jonji Provenzano and more recently Sondra Loring, Jessie Lee Montague, Ragunath Cappo, Paige Elenson and Baron Baptiste.
Since 2008 she has been honored to complete teacher trainings with Sondra, Jessie and Ragunath, and is nearly certified in Baptiste Yoga. Liz’s Vinyasa classes teach students to develop a love for yoga with all that it has to offer. She is a physician who specializes in Internal Medicine and has started a program to teach yoga and meditation to health care providers.
