Kathryn Cornelius

Kathryn Cornelius believes in the ability to transform traumatic events into powerful
personal narratives. A survivor of trauma and abuse, with a diverse training background in yoga, neuroscience, meditation, breath work, and reiki, she offers an informed, experienced perspective that is creatively curated to individual needs. Kathryn’s personal yoga journey began in 2001, and she is certified in Dharma Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. With her intuition, humor, and compassion, Kathryn helps students get in touch with their body, feelings, and spirit so they may feel safe to explore what speaks to them.
