Maisah Hargett

Maisah Hargett began practicing yoga whilst looking for a low-impact way to better maintain her body as a modern dancer. Though not always as enthusiastic about yoga as she is currently, she found her love for
the practice in Vinyasa. Her classes center on linking breath and movement, on the importance of
developing a practice that is safe for the body, the mind & the spirit while, honoring the individuality of
each person’s practice. She completed Exhale to Inhale’s Trauma-Informed Teacher Training in the fall
of 2016. In addition to her work with ETI she also teaches Vinyasa (ERYT 200), Restorative, Aerial Yoga,
Kid’s Yoga (RYCT), and AcroYoga throughout New York. There’s more about her at www.yogawithmaisah.com
