Shikha Pursnani

Shikha Pursnani developed a love for yoga from her grandparents but deepened her practice after college when she began exploring her relationship with self and the greater universe. In 2014, she completed
a 200-hour teacher training at Yoga on Main (Philadelphia) and completed a Restorative Yoga teacher training soon thereafter. She is currently expanding her practice to incorporate rebirthing and other breathwork techniques to work with trauma. Off the mat, Shikha is a legal ethics professional by day and a law student by night with a
passion for social justice and economic empowerment. She strives to bring mindfulness and stress management to the practice of law and to cultivate a community of mindful professionals.
