Exhale to Inhale’s weekly live virtual Public Classes provide an opportunity to practice mindfulness tools that can be used anywhere, anytime. Each 30-minute class is your space to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Join us in 2022 and become a part of this growing community.

No prior yoga experience or mat required to join. Classes are hosted live in English on Zoom, camera optional.
