If you are looking for a deeper embodied practice then this extended version of our trauma-informed yoga training is for you. It includes both pre-recorded content (self-paced modules) and two live modules. This flexible training consists of 6 progressive 2-hour modules that will take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays over two weeks. The two live modules on Sundays will give participants a chance to review, discuss, and apply content learned. This training is suitable for any professional who may be pressed for time and wants to be more informed on body-based trauma and the benefits of trauma-informed yoga at their own pace.
